Jersey Jack Ice Cream is a new company that has recently opened in Kuala lumpur, Malaysia. Malaysia doesn't have a long history of producing dairy products and many are imported from Australia, USA and Italy - especially ice cream! The founder of Jersey Jack found a niche for this in the market and set about creating their own ice cream and gelato using fresh milk from a heard of locally based Jersey cows - this collaboration and its use of locally sourced products makes the ice cream truly Malaysian!
The name Jersey Jack has originated from both the use of Jersey cows and also one of the founders sons - Jack!
When approached with this brief, the owner was quite specific in that they wanted to stick with tradition for the logo, creating something both timeless and traditional. The logo has been designed to be spread across all aspects from the tricycles that are in the process of getting up and running, to the 60,000 ice cream cups that have been printed, all the way through to the parlour where the ice cream is currently being sold in Bukit Bintang.
